Reach Out Morongo Basin was started in 1998 to fill in the gaps in services to help our senior and disabled neighbors remain in their homes safely and with dignity. Serving an area of over 520 square miles in the rural Morongo Basin, many of our neighbors live on dirt roads miles from the closest town with little to no family support.

Through our Neighbors-Helping-Neighbors program and volunteer caregiving programs, our 178 dedicated volunteers provide 8,075 hours of service to over 1,100 senior and disabled neighbors annually. Shopping for groceries, picking up and delivering lifesaving prescriptions, personal business assistance, reading program, light house work, heavy yard work, and home repairs are some of the things we do to help our seniors. Our transportation program drives senior and disabled neighbors to doctor and social services appointments locally as well as to the San Bernardino and Coachella Valley areas for those with no other means of accessing adequate healthcare.

With many of our neighbors having no one else to turn to Reach Out Morongo Basin is there when they need it most. ALL our services are provided at no cost to our senior and disabled neighbors.

We are proud to be a part of Give BIG San Bernardino County for what is sure to be another great year! Be sure to donate on Tuesday, November 28th, 2017 and give BIG!
