GRID Alternatives Inland Empire

GRID Alternatives is the nation’s largest community-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that brings together community partners, volunteers and job trainees to implement solar power and energy efficiency for low-income families.  GRID’s mission is to make renewable energy technology and job training accessible to under-served communities everywhere.  Our Give Big Campaign will enable us to continue to provide educational tools and resources to students ages K-14 through our Solar Futures Program, which provides them with both classroom and hands-on solar education and illuminates career pathways in the booming solar industry by providing them with an opportunity to learn more. In addition, it will also benefit GRID’s Tribal Program that serves low-income tribal communities to achieve their clean energy goals while providing financial savings and job training opportunities to improve their members' quality of life.
